I just finished listening to the podcast where ya’ll discussed Ricci v. DeStephano and really enjoyed the discussion. I have been following the case for some time, thinking about how it would impact EMS. Skip brought up something I had not considered about firefighters being different than EMS because in a regular EMS agency because a paramedic has to be credentialed prior to getting on the ambulance (usually at their own expense). Good discussion all around.

I would love to see an episode of EMS Garage or EMS Leadership about selecting EMS Officers. Training these leaders has been talked about for awhile but the first question we need to answer is how do we chose them?
