The question was ask about various locations requiring a signature- Here in Kansas we require signatures from the patient for both HIPAA and billing (non-Medicare) and patient signature or facility rep for Medicare patient’s. We also request a ET tube confirmation signature on pt’s that are intubated.
The podcast was great; although, I wish there was a verbal disclaimer before the commentary about the rat/mouse study… I nearly totaled the keyboard with coffee. Keep up the great work to all.
